Electronic documents
Please note that YJ Consulting ("we", "us", or "Company") will send all documents electronically to the email address that you have shared with us during the course of our business relationship (”Nominated Email”). Except for deeds or property-related contractual agreements which have particular signature requirements, any documents that require your signature will be sent to your Nominated Email. You must inform us of changes to your contact details following the process described in this disclosure. Upon receiving your signature, we will send you a PDF version of your signed Agreement.
Request for paper copies
You may request that paper copies of these documents be sent to you electronically from info@consultyj.com. You also have the right to download, print, scan, and re-upload copies of the printed and physically signed documents. However, you may make a written request to YJ Consulting if you would like us to mail paper copies to your elected address.
A prepaid courier label must be emailed alongside your application. If you need help with purchasing a courier label, please send us a message through any of our contact methods listed at: Contact Us
Withdrawing your consent
At any point in time during the course of our business relationship, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive documents in electronic format. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can decline to sign a document we sent you, and email us at info@consultyj.com to inform us that you would like to receive only paper documents. Upon receiving your request, YJ Consulting will cease sending documents using electronic signature systems.

If you need to change the email address that you use to receive notices and disclosures from us, write to us at info@consultyj.com
